Return policy

At Chanelines, we place a high priority on ensuring our customers' satisfaction and maintaining top-notch product quality standards. To guarantee this, we meticulously inspect each order before it's shipped out. 

 

If you ever encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We are dedicated to working with you to find the best solution possible. It's important to note that when processing returns and exchanges, we only provide Chanelines gift cards as a form of reimbursement.  Please do not hesitate to send us an email, It will be a pleasure for us to help you.

We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return otherwise, the return will be refused. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (lace not cut) , with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Custom orders and pre orders are non refundable and non exchangeable for another size or style. Additionally, if you order the wrong size, we cannot offer a refund. However, we are always happy to assist you before purchasing to ensure you order the correct size.

 

 

Refund Policy:

 

**Initiating a Refund:** 

To request a refund, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) by sending an email to chanelines.business@gmail.com .

 If your request is approved, you must return the package within 2 business days from the date of validation by Chanelines otherwise, the return will be refused.  We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

**Shipping Costs:**

Please be aware that all shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation, as we cannot assume liability for lost packages. We will initiate the refund process upon receiving the merchandise.

 

**Restocking Fee:**

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The refund will be issued in the form of an Chanelines e-gift card with no expiration date. 

 

**Refund Eligibility:**

For a refund to be approved, the wig must be in its original, unaltered condition, with no cuts, holes, or makeup on the lace. We cannot offer a refund for wigs that have been worn, restyled, washed, or damaged in any way. If you've made minor alterations to the wig, such as tinting or applying makeup to the lace or restyling it, we reserve the right to accept the return with a 30% restocking fee. Please ensure that the wig is shipped back within 2 business days of receiving approval and provide us with the tracking number.

 

**Packaging Requirements:**

When returning the item, please include the complete packaging, including the box, any accompanying gifts, and instructions, and the wig in its original packaging. Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in the rejection of the return. Accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%-30%. Additionally, please note that items not returned in their original packaging will be charged at their regular price.

**Damages and issues**

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

**Exceptions / non-returnable items**

Certain types of items cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, all lashes and bonnets are FINAL SALES.

Unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded. Gift Cars are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the E-gift card provided. 

We only replace items if they are defective , damaged or if we made a mistake in your order.

 

NOTE : We reserve the rights to deny an exchange if certains conditions are not met. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of an Chanelines E-gift card. 

 

Cancellations

 

At Chanelines, we recognize that unexpected circumstances may occasionally necessitate order cancellations. We offer a 24-hour grace period, during which order cancellations can be made at no cost. If you decide to cancel your order after the grace period, a cancellation fee ranging from 20% to 50% will be deducted from the refunded amount, depending on the progress of the unit production process.

 

To request a cancellation within the 24-hour grace period, please contact us via email at chanelines.business@gmail.com.  If your cancellation is approved, you can expect to receive a refund within 5-7 business days.

 

Late Order Scenario:

 

We understand  that  unexpected life events can occur at any time. If your order is delayed and you decide to cancel it, simply get in touch with us, and we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. Your satisfaction remains our priority, even in cases of unexpected delays.
