PROCESSING TIMES

It is the time we take to process your order.

We always try to make our products as soon as we can. Our processing time usually vary between 1 to 25 business days according to the type of products.

READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS AND WIGS : 1 to 3 business days.

CUSTOM ORDER : Processing time can take 10 to 25 business days.

PRE ORDER: processing time can take 7 to 15 days for products and virgin hair , 15 to 30 days for Pure Raw hair

SHIPPING TIMES

All our orders are shipped after the processing time with UPS and Post Canada according to your choice.

Local shipping ( Province of New Brunswick ) : Regular 3-5 business days, Express : 1-2 business days
National Shipping ( Canada) : Regular 3-7 business days , Express 1-2 business days
International Shipping ( Worldwide) : regular 5-25 business days , Express 5 to 7 business days

Keep in mind that shipping time and processing time are NOT the same.

To have an idea of when you will receive your item , add processing time and shipping time.

For all international orders , Chanelines Hairnbeauty does not include duties or custom fees in shipping fees.

Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs fees will be levied by the destination country.

Chanelines Hairnbeauty is not responsible for Duties and Customs fees levied by other countries.

By making a purchase on www.Chanelines.com , you confirmed that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.

If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased , the courier will return the items to Chanelines Hairnbeauty. If this happens, we will be required to pay additional charges to the courier to get it back to us.We will recover these fees from you by deducting the relevant amount from your refund if applicable.
